Since it is a draft sake, it is very delicious when drunk on the rocks, with its fresh, light aroma, sweetness and acidity typical of Sawanoi.
I have tried a variety of Sawanoi and they are all delicious.

We chose the spiciest brand at the sake shop in Sawanoi Garden. It is said to be the most popular brand in Sawanoi. It is certainly spicy, but I personally give it a high score because the flavour is monotonous.
