Tasting at YOMOYAMA NAGANO 2024 in TOKYO
All of Honkin's sakes are right in the middle of my favorites, but this one is very modern but still has Honkin's style and I love it.
While wandering around Kanazawa Station picking out souvenirs, I happened to see a sake bar that was open on the first day of its opening, so I was curious and bought this most orthodox sake.
I was recommended to drink it cold, but when I drank it at room temperature, I found it to be very interesting and delicious, with a complex aroma and acetone aroma that stood out.
When served cold, the bursting aroma is reduced, but it is easy to drink and tastes good, much better.
When first opened, it has a complex flavor and, as its carnivorous name suggests, a unique carnivore-like peculiarity.
After a while after opening it, these characteristics calm down and it turns into a very drinkable and tasty sake.
