Yuki no Bijin of Akita Brewing Company, which is a very close neighbor of Shinmasa. I put them next to each other in the photo.
As a great lover of Shinmasa, especially No. 6, there was no way I would not buy it when I saw the No. 6 yeast.

I received this as a gift from my father. It is a Junmai Daiginjo and has a generous mouthfeel for an Omachi. As you can see in the picture, the sweetness and spiciness level is dry, but I think it is too sweet for me. Thank you for the good sake, father.

Forty years ago, my brother and I grabbed our New Year's money and went to the first sale at a local model store. We were eager to buy the Gundam plastic model we wanted, but there were only three: Gundam, Zaku, and White Base. I have a sad memory that my brother took the Gundam away from me because of power, of course, and I went home crying and bought the Zaku.
But not this Zaku! It is not just any Zaku! Not only is the love mountain, but the label also has love in it because of the ministry!

However, times have changed. Sake from Niigata Prefecture used to be synonymous with light and dry.
