This time we had Yamagata Masamune, a local sake, and I was torn between a four-pack and a one-pack.
I was torn between a vertical and a horizontal bottle, but this was my first time drinking a horizontal bottle!
It had a good balance of sweetness and sourness and a little gasiness, so it was easy to drink and I thought I could drink a whole bottle right away, but I held back to enjoy the changes the next day 😁.
