This is my first W. I've always been curious about it from the impact of the label. The aroma is gorgeous and fruity. The sweetness, deliciousness, and moderate acidity are clearly defined. However, perhaps because of the 17° alcohol content, it has a strong sense of solidity. It's delicious, but it's a little too heavy for me. As a result, I thought it was not my favorite overall.

This is the first time for me to taste both Takanaga and Bodacious sake. I took a sip and was surprised at the fullness. I have been avoiding Junmai, but I like this one. I'm sure it's the only Junmai. It has a great umami, and I have a strong impression that it is fuller than the sweetness of the -28°C sake content. Personally, I had the impression that it was similar to a dessert wine. I can't compare it to Akitsuho 507, but I am very happy to have found Takanaga.

It's been a long time since I've had Akitsuho 507. It is delicious and very happy. The gasiness, the sweetness, the sweetness, the bitterness that comes later, everything is great. When I drank it before, I thought I would prefer 657, but again, 507 is also very good. Although it has a strong statement, it is easy to drink and I realized again that it is a dangerous drink. It was too different from the Takanaga we compared it to, but I felt the consistency of the careful sake making.

This is the first Hiyaoroshi of this year. And it is Nabeshima after a long time. I don't know why Hiyaoroshi and the recent Nabeshima don't appeal to me much. I can feel the umami, but the sweetness is moderate, and I thought it was a little dry. After drinking all the Moon series, I ended up liking the New Moon the best.

It is dry. I remember that the last Nishito no Shizuku was sweet, but the Omachi is refreshingly sweet. For Omachi, it doesn't have such a strong taste, but it does have a strong umami and acidity. Unfortunately, I don't like Toyo Bijin that much this time, but I felt that this is what it should be.

This is my first chrysanthemum, and it's great. It's sweet, delicious, sour, and all the flavors are strong and I like it very much. I finished one bottle in no time. I thought it was the same taste I had somewhere else, but I also felt it was the best solution to everything. I had heard rumors about it, but I was surprised how good it tasted. I loved it in one shot.

It's sour and it's soooo good. Even though it's so sour, you can feel it as a balance of sweetness, bitterness, and flavor, which is great. I especially like the feeling of bitterness that comes after the strength of the acid. I haven't had the non-trial Sunburst yet, so I'd love to try the regular Sunburst next.

I am very grateful that this is an aged unfiltered, unpasteurized version of Tensei. I feel that the taste has become rounder because of the aging process. Also, the sweetness and umami have become stronger. Above all, the umami is felt thickly, and the impression is that it is dry and well worth drinking.

As the label says, it was light and dry. And the name "Tsukihaku" is so cool. The impression is a little different from other kafuda-shu we have drunk. However, it has a clear and moderate sweetness, with a beautiful hint of sweetness and acidity, and we feel that it is a Kafuda-shu after all. It is good to drink in summer, especially when it is fresh out of the refrigerator. Tsukihaku is not my favorite kind of sake, but I personally reaffirmed that the elegant and easy drinking taste is typical of Kafuda-shu.

This is my first time drinking Tenbi. I like it very much. I could feel the peaches from the smell to the taste. I can't deny that I drank it while eating peaches, but my mouth was full of peaches before I ate them. It's a mystery. Even after eating the peaches, it's still peachy. It has the perfect balance of sweetness, flavor, bitterness, and acidity. Anyway, I liked it and was very satisfied.

It's soooo mild. There is almost no sweetness, and I think it is dry. It is a beautiful sake with little bitterness or other miscellaneous flavors. Unfortunately, it's not my favorite, but I'm sure there are people who like this kind of sake.

I've been curious about this Shinshu Kameari, and finally got to drink it for the first time. I like it as expected. It is sweet, delicious and tasty. The sourness and sharpness are also clear. It also has a dry taste, which I feel is typical of summer sake.

I'm happy to finally drink the Stars series from Eikoh Fuji. As expected, the acidity is exquisite, even sweet like Eikoh Fuji, and I like it very much. It also has a lightness that is perfect for summer drinking. It also has the perfect amount of solid sake character that hits you right in the chest, and I admire how they make it. I haven't been able to get my hands on it, but I'd like to try the other Stars somehow.

Delicious as expected. The packing slip liquor is really not out of line and I like it very much. It's sweet and delicious, with just the right amount of acidity and bitterness for the perfect balance. It is beautifully put together and gives you the feeling that you are getting something of high quality. Thanks to its cleanliness and freshness, I felt that this Hachitan Nishiki is also suitable for summer drinking.

It has just the right amount of sweetness, tartness and flavor. The low alcohol content makes it easy to drink, which I also like. I tried AIR and SEA, but I think mountain is my favorite. When I compared it with SEA, I got the impression that mountain has more richness. Compared to the SEA, the Mountain has a good balance of sweetness, flavor and sourness that I personally feel is typical of Akab.

It is sour, sweet and delicious. It is light and easy to drink as if it were low alcohol. However, I like sour liquor, but for some reason I didn't like it that much. It's a mystery even to me. I was impressed by the new sensation of AIR, but I think it was also because it was similar to AIR. I think it is also similar to mountain. I guess it's natural because they are made in the same place. Personally, I think AIR has more sourness than AIR.

This is my first Takachiyo. I don't know why I haven't had it for a long time, but it's so good. I like the strong sweetness and umami that is typical of Omachi. From the aroma, the sweetness of the Omachi was in full swing. The sip is delicious and the 500ml is just right. I would like to try the other Takachiyo as well.

This is my first time in Taiping Sea. I was completely caught by the specs. Omachi, unpasteurized sake, and low alcohol is definitely something I would buy. I can already feel the Omachi in the aroma. The sweetness is a bit restrained, but the umami, acidity and bitterness are strong. Maybe it's the moderate sweetness, or maybe it's the crispness, but I felt it was kind of dry. I have the impression that I don't like it for its specifications. But it's like a summer sake, and I'm happy to drink it this season.
