As the label says, it was light and dry.
And the name "Tsukihaku" is so cool.
The impression is a little different from other kafuda-shu we have drunk.
However, it has a clear and moderate sweetness, with a beautiful hint of sweetness and acidity, and we feel that it is a Kafuda-shu after all.
It is good to drink in summer, especially when it is fresh out of the refrigerator.
Tsukihaku is not my favorite kind of sake, but I personally reaffirmed that the elegant and easy drinking taste is typical of Kafuda-shu.
