This is the second bottle of Hirotogawa. I feel that it is a high quality sake again. The umami and acidity are clearly felt first. The sweetness and bitterness are supported by the stability, which gives you a new feeling. I can't tell if it's my favorite, but I'd like to drink it again.

This is my first time drinking Hanayo at home. I'm so excited to finally have it. I somehow got caught up in the label and opened a bottle on Christmas. It is very tasty, just as I was impressed at the store. The sourness and bitterness come first, followed by a solid flavor and sweetness. Since it's a nigori (cloudy) beer, I don't think I like it that much, but it's honestly delicious. It is a sake to be drunk slowly rather than swiftly. I can only pray that one day I will be able to encounter Hanayo-Yoku again.

When I have it, I buy it. It's still stable, and the bottle blew out. It's still stable and very tasty. I'm not a big fan of nigori, but this is something else. It has a great balance of acidity, sweetness, flavor, and bitterness. I brought it to a friend's house, and even people who don't drink sake were delighted.

You really can't go wrong with Kankiku-san. This time it's an Omachi Jun Gin Unfiltered Namaigen. I knew it was going to be good even before I drank it. And as I expected, I liked it very much. It is sweet, delicious, and sour, and the strength of the Omachi flavor is on full display. In particular, this just right sourness is the best. I was overflowing with gratitude.

Eiko Fuji is the best. It has a delicious taste with a crisp aftertaste. It also has a good balance of sweetness and sourness typical of Eikoh Fuji. It is not my favorite because it is too gentle and crisp, but it is delicious.

This is my first time at Haneya. I feel that the flavor is outstanding. It has a good balance of sourness, sweetness and bitterness, which I like. I felt that they are carefully producing the characteristic of Aisan. From the entrance of the sweetness and sourness, you can feel the clean and careful quality of the sake while the acidity and bitterness linger. There is also a sense of security with the consistent and profound umami that accompanies it. It's delicious and makes me happy.

The taste is strong and great. I like the sweetness, the flavor, and the acidity, all of which are clearly strong yet well balanced. In particular, the acidity is strong and outstanding. It also has a somewhat dry and refreshing aftertaste. I'm glad to see that there are no outliers in the packaged liquors. I feel that it is my second favorite after the Yellow Water Fairy.

This is my first Tenmei. It is heavy like Junmai and it is like Mirin. But it is sweet, tasty and sour, and it is also beautiful. It is a mysterious feeling. When I hear it's pure rice, I can't help but want to warm it up. And warmed sake is the best. It tastes really good, and I like it.

It's been quite a while since I've seen this instrument Masamune. I like it a lot, though it has an Alzoe-like quality. It's sweet, refreshing and delicious. I don't like it that much, but I'm happy to drink it swishy.

It's been a little while since I've had this Tenbi. This is the first time for me to try white Tenbi, but the taste is stronger than I expected. And I like it. It is sweet and delicious, and the acidity is especially wonderful. Maybe it is from the raw sake, but I like the strong acidity. And yet, it's so refreshing. I drink too much. It is the best.

I finally got to drink Wakanami. I feel it is a beautiful and well balanced sake. I thought the taste was strong when I first opened it, but it soon settled down and became a beautiful sake. The sweetness, umami, bitterness, and sourness all come through, but it's so refreshing that it's easy to drink. It's not my favorite, but I think it's very tasty.

This is my first time to try Sai Rai. The balance is great and very tasty. It's definitely pulled by the name, but it's smooth. It is sweet and delicious, but this clean drinkability is excellent. I find the bitterness and acidity to be just right as well. In general, I think it's wonderfully elegant and well put together.

I liked it beyond my imagination. It's my first time in the high desert and it's great, well beyond my expectations. It is sweet and delicious, and the sourness and bitterness are just the right assertion. It seems to be a complex combination of various flavors, yet somehow it feels like a beautiful sake. It is said to be a once-hi-roasted version of Honochi, but I have a preconception that it is Honochi. It also feels heavy like Junmai. I thought the impression was more gorgeous and sweet flavored. However, I still think that it is not my favorite.

I'm grateful for the first shot of new sake. As the back label explains, the sweetness, flavor, and acidity are in ultimate balance. It was a different sensation than when I drank it in one cup before. I feel that the spiciness of the raw sake and the clean and refined sweet and umami taste are the best match. This is the first new sake of the year, and it's a good start.

The flavors are strong in all directions. It's sweet, delicious, sour, and very much to my liking. Because of my preconceptions about the 22% rice polishing rate, I thought it would be cleaner, but I was betrayed in a good way. It's a little too strong, but it really hits you hard. The aroma is gorgeous, and it's delicious, delicious, tingly, and great. The bitterness that comes a little later is also excellent.

This is my favorite of all the Eikoh Fuji's so far. It's delicious, sweet, has excellent acidity, and is right in the middle of my favorite. I don't have enough words to describe it, but it's just delicious. The Eikoh Fuji that I have in my mind is shown to the fullest. It's sweet and delicious, but you can drink it neat without getting soggy. It was the best match with Häagen-Dazs' molasses. I'm not sure if I'll buy another one. I recommend this sake to all mankind.

I didn't drink the Tanaka Sixty-Five and I drank it from 6513. But I am satisfied. I don't feel it is so light though it is low alcohol. It is dry and has a crisp impression. The aroma is gorgeous, but it's not that sweet. Unfortunately, I didn't like it that much, but I felt that it would be a sake that I could drink all the time as a food sake. I'd like to try the Tanaka Rokugo sometime.

This is the first in a series of impressions. The aroma is gorgeous and I have a feeling I'll like it. As for the taste, at first I thought the sourness and bitterness might be a little too strong, but it gradually calms down and I like it more. Even after it settles down, what I still feel is a definite flavor and bitterness. My expectation was that it would be a bit more sweet and umami. I thought it would be a combination of a solid sake taste and a sweet, modern taste. I would like to try the other Impressions series.
