Sentori is not a miss after all. Sparkling is also very tasty. It is sweet and sour with just the right amount of bitterness. It was so easy to drink that I finished a bottle in no time and became very drunk.

It doesn't have much of the Kouei chrysanthemum character. My personal image of Koei-Kiku is that it is beautiful, gassy, and sweet, but this one gave me a different impression. It is a heavier, full-bodied sake with a strong rice flavor. To be honest, it is not my favorite sake, but if you think of it as a full-bodied sake, I think this is what it is. When heated, the full-bodiedness of the sake broadens and becomes even more delicious.

I thought I liked it at the top level among the Kaze no Mori. I also like Omachi, so perhaps it is inevitable, but it is outstanding. The label pulls me in, but I can almost feel the strawberries. It has a strong taste of gas, strong sweetness and umami, and yet it's so wonderfully easy to drink. I love the perfect balance. I found myself getting drunk because of the 16% alcohol content. I hope they will somehow bring it back to the regular menu.

It's been a long time since I've seen Matsumoto-san. Or rather, this is the first time for Nichinichi. It is outstandingly fruity from the aroma. I was told that this is the basic version, and it is as delicious as I expected. My first impression is that it is a moderately sweet and beautiful sake, as is typical of Tojo-produced Yamadanishiki. The balance of umami, acidity, and bitterness is also exquisite. In particular, the acidity, moderate umami, and a hint of bitterness are characteristic of this sake, to the extent that it is difficult to open the bottle. I am looking forward to other days and days other than the basic one.

This is my first one. I like Sentori, but for some reason, I have been saving it for a long time. I was going to open it at New Year's, but it turned out to be at this time of the year. The aroma and mouthfeel are as you would expect from a fine Yamadanishiki sake. As is typical of Sengoku, the acidity is also very strong, which I like. I have a preconceived notion that this is more elegant than the usual SENKYO. I was satisfied with the clean and fine sake I was drinking, regardless of whether I liked it or not.

Since it was New Year's Eve, I wanted to close with my favorite drink without going out of style, so I chose Hello. I think this was my first time drinking Aizan, and it was another hit. The flavor was strong in all directions and delicious. Perhaps it was the characteristics of Aizan, but it was a little different from the Hello I had before. It is sweet and full-bodied, with a clear acidity and bitterness. And yet it has a beautiful impression in the mouth. It is like a combination of danger and strength, and I am not sure how I feel about it. In general, I was personally very satisfied with it because I thought it had a Hello-like character.

I bought a bottle of sake and drank it slowly for the first time in several months. I drank it while thinking about how busy this year has been, so it tasted even better. The sweetness seeped out from the aroma, as is typical of Omachi. The flavor is sweet and delicious, with just the right amount of acidity. It was exactly to my liking. I have only had Tenpyo in the store, but I felt it was carefully made and well crafted. It was a seamless and delicious sake.

I have the impression that it has been a long time since I have had a proper drink of Bear of the Forest. It has been a while, but the aroma is sweet and fruity, a trend I like. The mouthfeel is smooth, sweet and clean, but soon you feel a hot weight at the back of your throat. In general, it gives the impression of being clean while having a firmness that is not too light. If you drink it carefully, you will get a strange feeling of both bitterness and beauty, but the deliciousness that is typical of Eiko Fuji is still there.

This is my first brewed forest. This is totally my favorite. It is a recommended feature sama sama sama for sakenois. It has a good balance of acidity and umami sweetness, and each is elegant without being too assertive. It is easy to drink and can be drunk even on a hot day.

This is the Sogapère Ephis that I have longed for. It has a richness that comes down the throat and spreads from the throat to the entire body. I think there is a preconceived notion that it is a sake made from a yeast yeast yeast, but I got the feeling of lactic acidity spreading down my throat. The sweetness, acidity, and bitterness are also moderate. I feel that it is a beautiful sake, even though it has quite a distinctive umami. I think it is honestly delicious. However, for some reason, I do not like it. I think it is a strain that I would like, but I wondered if it is too rich for my taste.

I hate to be a cheapskate, but it tastes like the orange balloon gum I used to eat when I was little. From the label to the smell, I feel the orange, especially in the sourness and bitterness. The sweetness, deliciousness, sourness, and bitterness are all moderate and to my liking. It is one of my favorites among Kouei Kiku.

It cooled well but the stopper flew to the ceiling. And the first day was pretty naughty gas feeling. By the second day, it calmed down a bit and was nice. It is sweet and tasty, and anyway, it has a strong acidity. I don't feel that much bitterness or aroma. It is characterized by a gaseous sensation that is still felt intensely even after a day. If the acidity is this strong, it is a little out of my taste, but I think it is good to have this kind of sake.

Peach is my favorite. Strawberry and tangerine are both delicious, but in the end I feel peach is the strongest. I think I personally like peaches, but they are still delicious. I am impressed by the rumbling of the fruit and the rich yet elegant taste. The best way to drink it is on the rocks. I am looking forward to drinking it again next year.

It is sweet, very flavorful and juicy. I felt it fits the image of Hana Yokuyo as it is often referred to. It is not easy to find, so I enjoyed it with gratitude. I felt that it was very strong and satisfying to drink. There is also bitterness and acidity to support the sweetness and umami. In terms of balance, I still feel that the sweetness and umami are closer, but they are in perfect balance. I would like to buy it again if I can find it.

This is the first organic naturals I have had in somewhat of a while. It has been a while since I drank it, but I was no longer that impressed. I like the sourness and the lactic acidity derived from the raw yeast, but for some reason I'm not that into it and have the impression that it's not my favorite. It is good that it is low-alcohol and easy to drink, but the balance of sweetness, umami, and sourness is kind of mediocre. I think it may be because my expectations were so high, but I have high hopes for future Sentori.

Momoten is also delicious. It is characterized by bitterness and acidity like nigori. The beautiful sweetness and flavor of Tenbi are reassuring. I don't really like nigori to begin with, so I don't feel like it's my favorite sake there, but I'm glad I got to drink it.

This is my first time to try Omachi's Hello Koyogiku. I was impressed by the previous Yamadanishiki, so my expectations were naturally high. And the taste was just as I expected, with Omachi in full bloom. It's got the perfect amount of gas. I used to think it was similar to Number Six, but after drinking the Omachi, my impression changed again. I felt that Hello is another brand. The gasiness is outstanding, and the balance of sweet, umami, and acidity is well supported by the surroundings. I was convinced that Haro is the one I prefer to jump through the hoops at Kouyougiku.
