Oh, this is... You must drink it freshly opened first! Ideal! Then a lot of changes... suddenly from a yogurt-like fermentation (here the cork flies out) to a soft and subdued finish... a dizzying change in about 5 days! ...I know it's important to control the temperature, but this is just the way it is! Total favorite type
