Exactly like a juicy apple 🍎🍎. The aroma, sweetness, acidity, and flavor are completely reminiscent of apple juice ☝️😚. You can also taste the rich umami that is typical of Omachi and feel the depth of flavor 🎶. Easy to drink like a juice, but with 17% alcohol, you'll find yourself drunk 💥.

Finally opened the bottle after a delay💨. The caramel-like sweet aroma is very Kudokitoe-like 😚🎶. The taste is rightly rich and sweet ✨Mildly sweet, but not cloying! No sourness! That's what Kudokitate💞 is all about. I had it last year, but this year it has a stronger dry aftertaste, and the overall impression is more refreshing ☝️.

Yamae-Nishiki once-fired ➰. Mild ginjo aroma with just the right amount of gas to spread the umami ✨. Recommended by the liquor store for its sweet and fruity taste 😆🎶, and it was right on the money! Not too sweet, but with a mild acidity that accentuates the flavor profile 💞. The taste has a clean aftertaste and goes well with meals 😚👌👌.

Collaboration with BEAMS JAPAN👍 Schwashy, sweet and fruity✨. Milky texture and a strong sense of rice 🍚😚. I had an image of Gozenshu as having a strong, strong flavor, but this one is quite refreshing and easy to drink💞.

Stable Hirotogawa✨. The aroma is mildly fruity🍑💞. Sweetness and umami come up from the gaseous mouthfeel 🎶🎶. It is more refreshing than Jungin, but I think the sweetness is more intense ☝️It has a rich flavor reminiscent of white peach, muscatel, and pineapple 🌟. Finishes crisp with a slightly bitter aftertaste😍. Too delicious💞💞💞

Slightly yellowish color ➰. Grain aroma behind the sweet pineapple-like aroma💨. A little gourd-like? The bitterness comes with a gusto, but the sweetness follows later with a chili gas sensation 😚. The aftertaste is clean and crisp ☝️. Hmmm, this gourd-like peculiarity is quite annoying 💦. I wonder if a little time in the sun will take the edge off😅.

I managed to buy 💦. The aroma is milder than I expected ➰ a bit like white grapes ☝️. The first sensation on the tongue is a fizzy, mellow sweetness 😚 followed by a rummy, sweet and sour taste that spreads in the mouth💞. A delicious mouthful of flavor that is typical of Akabu ✨✨✨. You can feel a fair amount of bitterness in the throat in the aftertaste, but it quickly recedes with a lingering umami flavor🎶.

The sweetness, acidity and slight bitterness that lingers mellowly on the tongue reminds me of a candy bar 🎶. Goes down like a juice from low alcohol 💦.
