This is my second contribution to Kikusen. This sake is delicious no matter how many times you drink it. The ginjo aroma and fruity flavor in the mouth are irresistible. I've had it before at a local tasting. I had drunk it before at a local tasting event. I found it to be delicious then as well, so I bought it. This sake is a collaboration product between Toyo Bijin's Sumikawa Sake Brewery and Yamaguchi Prefecture's regional trading company Yamaguchi. For the first time in a long time, the whole family celebrated New Year's together. I was not sure what to drink for the toast, I thought a sparkling sake would be good, so I decided on this one.
