Purchased at Kametaya Sake Brewery's Sake Tomokan We were given a tour of the main building of the brewery. Dosojin (guardian deity of the road) is a wonderful sight. Slightly sweet aroma Well-balanced sweetness and sourness and a refreshing aftertaste. Delicious!
