Accompanying my family to Echizen-Ono City There are oshozu (spring water) everywhere in the city. There was also oshozu next to the brewery's store! We bought a bottle of sake, a limited edition of 100 bottles. The aroma is gentle, and when you take a sip, the rice flavor and tanginess are amazing! It is just as it was squeezed and has great liveliness! Aroma like sweet melon It is delicious, but be careful not to drink too much!

I saw a stork for the first time. They must be cherished by the local people. I can't help but reach for the stork label. Gentle sweetness, refreshing acidity, and a nice sharpness! I enjoyed it with yellowtail!

Tart, peachy, fruity mouthfeel! Fresh astringency like white grape skins. Tangy and tangy on the tongue, it flows down the throat. It is so delicious that it is dangerous to drink it at 19 degrees Celsius! The rice used is 100% Kitanishiki, which is new to us.

Purchased in Omihachiman, Shiga Ojiro is my favorite sake, so I was greedy and bought a bottle. We enjoy it heated on a chilly spring day. I'm almost done with heating it up... I'm sad to see it go. The sweet and sour flavor opens up when heated!
