I've tried over 700 different kinds of sake, but I've never even encountered it. It is nigori (nigori is a clear, clear, and refreshing sake), but it is also a superb sake.

Under the Sake Tax Law, it is not sake but 'other brewed sake'. Hatsuyukiso I liked it more fruity than banana. They say it goes well with fruit snacks like tomatoes and apples.

It's a little sweet and quite easy to drink. A great product that reminds me of the nearby Raifuku.

I finally had a chance to meet and taste it. The overall balance was perfect, right down to the sweetness that I can say was just right. Five Stars is not even enough, so I have to give it 6 Stars for my personal evaluation. I want to say all the compliments about sake. The aftertaste lingers quite a bit. Two days lingering!

Hirakou Sake Brewery Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture → Ishinomaki City, Miyagi Prefecture The best sake I have ever tried. It's the best sake I've ever tried. And it's honjozo! They said it goes well with fish, so I had it served at the same time the fish was served.
