2022 0711 ☆☆☆☆☆ Tenbi New Sake Nama Nama Winter Tembi Junmai Ginjo Nigori Sake Polishing ratio 60 Toji: Miki Fujioka Choshu Sake Brewery Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture →at Sake labo at Sake labo This is a fantastic sake, classified as a premium sake by Sake Labo. I've tried over 700 different kinds of sake, but I've never even encountered it. It is nigori (nigori is a clear, clear, and refreshing sake), but it is also a superb sake.

Under the Sake Tax Law, it is not sake but 'other brewed sake'. Hatsuyukiso I liked it more fruity than banana. They say it goes well with fruit snacks like tomatoes and apples.

It's a little sweet and quite easy to drink. A great product that reminds me of the nearby Raifuku.
