Made with Fusanomai sake rice produced in Chiba Prefecture.
The mouthfeel is dry and crisp with a fruity aroma that fills the mouth.
I have the impression that most Chiba sake has a strong flavor, but this sake seems to be finished gently while retaining its sharpness.
It is a good sake to drink with food.
