Tenmei槽しぼり純米大吟醸 山田錦×福乃香
しげのり
Purchased at a liquor store in Aizu Sakashita
This is the first properly written sake that blends two different types of sake rice that I can remember. It is an interesting experiment.
The ratio is 26 Yamadanishiki and 73 Fukunoka. Where is the other one?
The taste is clean and has a good acidity, followed by a refreshing sweetness.
I can also taste a little bit of minerality, which gives it a freshness.
Very tasty!
