I was attracted by the picture of the propeller and the label "Tokorozawa" 🤗If you look closely, you can see the pilot's seat is a basket 😱It looks like it might come off at some point 😱I can feel the history of this boat.
It's a honjozo, but I like the slight chili taste and the full-bodied, gentle sweetness 😌.
The aroma is softly reminiscent of apples 😌 The aftertaste is slightly bitter and acidic with a sharpness! It was a deliciously spicy sake that went well with meals.
