When I opened it, I was surprised by the aroma! I've only been drinking sake for half a year, but I think this might be my favorite sake I've ever had! It is refreshing like Kamerei, and this one has a particularly long-lasting aftertaste! I think it was too extravagant to buy it and drink it by myself...

It has a sweet melon-like aroma and a clean and crisp Miyamanishiki flavor that I like a lot! It is a local sake, but this is the first time I have had it! I see that the Banno Sake Brewery is located near the famous taiyaki shop Shinkai!

This is the second bottle of "Saku" in my life! It has a nice aroma and is refreshingly delicious! I'm losing my vocabulary because all of my favorite types of sake are so delicious!

It was more sour and less sweet than the Junmai Ginjo I had the other day. If I were to compare it to Nagano sake, it would be similar to Mikotsuru.

I asked for a recommendation for a sweet sake at a liquor store I frequent that sells sake from Nagano Prefecture, and they recommended the only sake they carry from Niigata Prefecture! It's fruity, easy to drink, and insanely delicious!

We are here in Iwate, my wife's parents home. My father-in-law took me to a liquor store on the first day and we got it. The taste is as impressive as Shinshu Kamerei!
