Sayapua
alcoholic beverage for smoking open bottle, with a sense of power and vigor. Good to start with 3 days after opening the bottle. Sweet! Heavy, but with a bit of acidity and a rummy feel.

Sayapua
Sour and cute Could be a dessert wine or an aperitif. 9 degrees alcohol by volume, like a wine. It's very popular with women. Quote: https://www.sake-kagiya.com/smartphone/detail.html?id=000000001944 Yamadanishiki is used, 70% polished [Yamahai Motoshibori]. Motoshibori is the first stage of sake brewing, the precious "moto," in which the yeast that promotes alcoholic fermentation, called sake mother, is cultivated. Because this motoshibori is squeezed from the sake mother, it has a low alcohol content and high acidity. It has a different taste from the sake we usually drink. It may be easier to imagine it as a medium sweet white wine from the Loire region of France. Although highly acidic, it has a fruity flavor that gives it a pleasant aftertaste, and its low alcohol content makes it very easy to drink.

Nice to meet you, Mr. Nakamuraya. I'll have it warmed up to 53-54 degrees Celsius. Needless to say, it feels heavy. It becomes easier to drink when it reaches room temperature. Is it natural? I paired it with mushrooms.

Serve lukewarm. Smooth on the palate, dry but with a lingering finish. Makes me want to go to Shimane!

They recommend paprika for pairing. When I paired it with paprika, the sweetness spread more. The crisp cut at the end is also good.
