日本酒をよく知らない時分は、安いけどベタ甘で燗をつけると嫌な匂いがする日本酒(当時の三増酒)は苦手でした。が、ウン十年前の学生時代に、その当時女性が醸している事で知られていた新潟「王紋」の純米吟醸を飲んで旨いと思い、山形「出羽桜 桜花」でこんなフルーティな日本酒があるのかとびっくり。その後色々な日本酒を飲み始めて今に至っています。
