While eating Matoya oysters from Mie!
I was told that the sake was made to marry with oysters... and it was just as good as it should be!
It didn't kill any of the oyster's rocky aroma and flavor, but it was like the synergistic effect of the sake added to the deliciousness of the oysters.
In Hokkaido.
Goes well with sushi~!
Deep and robust flavor. When drunk alone, it leaves an alcoholic aftertaste, but when paired with sushi, the aftertaste marries with the aftertaste of the fish to amplify the flavor and refresh the palate!
And on to the next sushi...
Infinite loops are scary.
Family Trip at Yunoyama Onsen Hot Spring
We were going to stop at a liquor store in Mie, but we had to check in last minute!
So we decided to get some sake in Shizuoka or Aichi on the way...!
We stopped by Sakeya Bic and found this sake!
Houraisen Son Junmai Daiginjo
It seems to be a collaboration product!
The taste is aromatic and soft on the palate, sweet but with a refreshing aftertaste.
It was a good match with dishes!
Yunoyama Onsen is an alkaline radium spring. It is gentle to the skin.
The Matsusaka beef and lobster were delicious, and above all, the staff was very kind!
Light and dry in mouthfeel, little deliberate aroma, natural umami. I like it very much!
PROUD EXTREME DRY" is Takihama's pursuit of the ultimate ultra-harsh special junmai sake with outstanding sharpness and smoothness down the throat!
It is as dry as its name!
I had a drink at an izakaya on a business trip. Friendly waitstaff and delicious food (the grilled salt fish is superb!!!). ) and delicious Mie sake.
Takihantou and Hanzo were delicious!
I had had Saku before, but Mie is still good!
I bought a four-pack of this wine on a trip because I enjoyed it at a ryokan (Japanese inn)!
It's not junmai (pure rice), but it's a good price.
But it tastes good, so no problem!
I like that it has an elegant aroma but not too sweet aftertaste.
Also, the bottle is stylish.
When I drink it with strong-flavored snacks, I find myself running out before I know it.
It is expensive to drink on a daily basis, but since it is a hometown tax payment, I would like to drink it on special occasions!
At Takayu Onsen in Fukushima.
This is a local sake, very light and simple to drink, but the deliciousness of sake comes afterwards.
It is a very good accompaniment to a meal.
It seems that most of the sake is consumed locally, so I was glad to be able to drink it.
I got it at a drinking party and it was so good that I was surprised!
I want to drink it slowly next time.
I think it was lighter than the Miyakanbai I've had so far.
It had a well-balanced aroma and aftertaste, and was well put together at a high level (as I recall).
A gift from a junior colleague.
The brand name of this sake was a sweet umami-guchi sake, which is not typical of Niigata, but it was said to be one of the most refreshing ones.
The taste is refreshing, but the sake flavor lingers in the aftertaste.
It is a good match for sashimi! I think it was better with fish than too strong flavors.
Good luck to my juniors in Niigata!
Christmas on a weekday. We ate too much on Saturday and Sunday, so we had salmon roe, tuna and sake!
Fukinoshi MIZEN (one cup) bought in Niigata.
It's hard to believe it's a one-cup bottle. It was served at room temperature.
It has no unpleasant aftertaste, and I would like to keep it by my side as a food sake.
The best part of the sake was the tuna toro-like aftertaste. It seems to go well with oily dishes.
I should have bought a four-pack!
Purchased on a business trip to Niigata. It is sweet, full-bodied, and goes well with a glass of wine, as it is reputed to do!
I had it with anglerfish hot pot. I usually prefer champagne with anglerfish, but this was delicious.
I thought it was more sweet than aromatic.
I would like to buy it again if I see it again.
