A gift from a junior colleague.
The brand name of this sake was a sweet umami-guchi sake, which is not typical of Niigata, but it was said to be one of the most refreshing ones.
The taste is refreshing, but the sake flavor lingers in the aftertaste.
It is a good match for sashimi! I think it was better with fish than too strong flavors.
