Christmas on a weekday. We ate too much on Saturday and Sunday, so we had salmon roe, tuna and sake!
Fukinoshi MIZEN (one cup) bought in Niigata.
It's hard to believe it's a one-cup bottle. It was served at room temperature.
It has no unpleasant aftertaste, and I would like to keep it by my side as a food sake.
The best part of the sake was the tuna toro-like aftertaste. It seems to go well with oily dishes.
I should have bought a four-pack!
