Father's Day #1. at room temperature. I had never had it before, but it tastes great with nothing unpleasant about it. It has a mild taste and a moderately refreshing aftertaste. It doesn't have a strong aroma, but it doesn't have any unpleasant aroma or cloying taste, so it's good for a leisurely drink.
It seems that other sakes made by this brewery have won awards at the IWC, so if I see it somewhere, I will buy it.
