Father's Day Part 2: Crab and!
Kabutomushi was recommended by a friend. It is a draft sake, but not too sweet, with a strong acidity. Even I, a dry sake lover, could enjoy it. Although it is from the Niimasa lineage, it is light enough to go well with food.
It retains the shuwashu and nama-narashu character, but is crisp like a summer sake, and very tasty!
