Purchased on a business trip to Niigata. It is sweet, full-bodied, and goes well with a glass of wine, as it is reputed to do!
I had it with anglerfish hot pot. I usually prefer champagne with anglerfish, but this was delicious.
I thought it was more sweet than aromatic.
I would like to buy it again if I see it again.
