The last drink of the year. The ones I bought on my trip. The one that I tasted and hit the spot. Goes with food! Goes well with fish! I drank it at room temperature, but I think it tastes even better chilled.

My first chrysanthemum! Aromatic but not too sweet and perfectly balanced. Delicious. It is easy to drink. I thought it might not go well with soba (buckwheat noodles). But it's great with vinegared horse mackerel! But I think I prefer Kabutomushi with summer sake... They told me that they will have another Kangiku in stock next week, so I want to try that too!

I think Kangiku is better suited as a toast than as a food sake. I think that Kangiku is more suitable as a toast than as a food sake.

Mr. Shiba-chan Yes it was! It was a delicious saké, drunk on its own and complete! Looking at your post, I'm getting the feeling that it's in that vein, since the others seem to be of the sweeter type, too!

Crop Impression N It is a schwashy fizzy type, very sweet when drunk by itself. But for a change, it goes well with food! I thought my tastes were more dry, but it's so good! I'd like to try some of the other ones that aren't impressions. It was a very delicious sake.

2022Because I drank Senkin Kabutomushi in summer and remembered it. 2021A new Masa Dizan Noel that I drank at Christmas. Quintessential taste. It's kind of nice to be reminded of winter by the sake I drank in summer.

Father's Day Part 2: Crab and! Kabutomushi was recommended by a friend. It is a draft sake, but not too sweet, with a strong acidity. Even I, a dry sake lover, could enjoy it. Although it is from the Niimasa lineage, it is light enough to go well with food. It retains the shuwashu and nama-narashu character, but is crisp like a summer sake, and very tasty!

Father's Day #1. at room temperature. I had never had it before, but it tastes great with nothing unpleasant about it. It has a mild taste and a moderately refreshing aftertaste. It doesn't have a strong aroma, but it doesn't have any unpleasant aroma or cloying taste, so it's good for a leisurely drink. It seems that other sakes made by this brewery have won awards at the IWC, so if I see it somewhere, I will buy it.

I used to buy 300ml bottles at the convenience store or supermarket. I like this size because I can drink it and it doesn't go bad. It tastes like the light and dry. The flavor is light and dry. If it were at room temperature, the umami and aroma might come out a little more. But for today, I'm going to cool it down and drink it in a big gulp. It's easy to drink, cheap, and delicious!

Drinks at home in the evening. Sake that I often drink. I like Niigata's sake because there are many clear and dry types. Tsururei is easy to drink, easy to buy, and cost-effective.

I had it for the first time at a sushi restaurant. It has a clean mouthfeel, but the aroma comes later. But it is pleasant enough not to interfere with the meal. I don't like too much sweetness, but I like this one.

At a sushi restaurant. I haven't seen the bottle, so I don't know the details, but I'm guessing it's a special junmai. It has a floral aroma with a clean dry aftertaste. Legendary and delicious.
