My first chrysanthemum! Aromatic but not too sweet and perfectly balanced. Delicious. It is easy to drink.
I thought it might not go well with soba (buckwheat noodles).
But it's great with vinegared horse mackerel!
But I think I prefer Kabutomushi with summer sake...
They told me that they will have another Kangiku in stock next week, so I want to try that too!

Yes it was! It was a delicious saké, drunk on its own and complete!
