Limited edition sake from Matsuzankaku, a yuba restaurant in Kyoto Station.
It was delicious as a refreshing mid-meal sake.
The brewer, Sasaki Shuzo, seems to be the family of actor Kuranosuke Sasaki.
This is the first capsicum of the year. The aroma is a little fruity but not that strong. When you put it in your mouth, it has a gentle acidity and mild flavor, making it easy to drink.
The aroma is very fresh apple. Sweetness on the palate, with an immediate sourness, but with little peculiarity and a clean aftertaste, making it easy to drink.
The initial aroma is not so strong, and the sweetness is felt at the moment it enters the mouth, followed in turn by a slight fizziness, a fresh aroma that passes through the nose, and the deliciousness at the moment it is swallowed.
I feel like I have found a sake that I like.
This is a delicious sake.
Umami, acidity, dry sake
Exquisitely delicious when lukewarm.
Postscript
About 4 days after opening the bottle, I drank it at room temperature just to lick it, and it turned smooth and sweet. It turned into a very tasty one.
Very refreshing. It has a fizzy or not so fizzy taste, and I can't say it's bitter, it's more of a stimulating taste. Refreshingly clear flavor. It is the best.
The aroma is light and fruity on the palate, with a moderate umami flavor that goes well with just about anything. It has no habits, so it is easy to enjoy.
