I opened the bottle thinking it was a sweet sake, but it was quite refreshing for a nigori sake!
I drank it under the blazing sun with it chilled to a crisp, but I thought it would also be delicious to drink it tastefully in a place where there is snow!
It has a slightly fizzy taste because it is only a draft sake, but it has a soft mouthfeel and a nice aroma that spreads afterward, making it easy to drink more and more.
It is a good match for salty snacks.
Although it has a strong taste, it does not leave a lingering feeling, and its aroma is not too obtrusive, so it was a good match to enjoy with seafood dishes.
