This is a dry Junmai, which is rare for Eikoh Fuji, which has many sweet sake. It is a winter sake, and when it is served cold, it has a clean and crisp aftertaste. The sake and the meal go well together😆. It would be great to serve it with hot nabe hot pot and chilled 💡.

It has a gorgeous aroma of tropical fruits and a mellow sweetness, with a slight effervescence on the tip of the tongue and a crisp finish. It goes well with meals, or you can savor it slowly with just sake 💡. This is a delicious sake😆.

Hidakami is known for its dry taste, but this sake is super dry. It is certainly dry and refreshing, but you can also taste the umami and acidity of the rice, so it is not just dry. I've tried it at room temperature, but it definitely looks good warmed up, or even a little chilled for a crisp, clean finish! Of course it goes well with fish dishes, I had it with horse sashimi and ankimo and it went very well with those too because of the strong flavor😊.

This sake is named after the flint that appears in the legend of Yamato Takeru. It is packaged in a stylish drawstring bag in reference to the fact that the flint was contained in the sack. The aroma and taste are full but not sticky, and the taste is crisp and sharp. I recommend to chill it well😊.

This sake is brewed with the first sake brewing rice "Takehomefuji" in Shizuoka Prefecture and soft water from Oigawa River. It has a refreshing taste, with a moderate aroma and flavor, and a crisp finish. With time, you can feel the bittersweetness and drink as many glasses as you like with a meal. A very complete sake and one of my favorites I've had recently😊.

A limited edition sake from the Seibu Ikebukuro main store. I was able to find it at the right time😊.

"We want you to feel it, not think about it. This is the name of the sake, Raifuku no X, whose specifications are not disclosed because of the brewer's wish. It has a novel name and a label that doesn't look like a sake, but it tastes like a good, traditional sake😃. It has a mellow sweetness and umami taste, with some bitterness and astringency at the end. The label says that you can enjoy it in a variety of ways, but I think it's best to chill it and enjoy it with a meal😅. But it goes well with any meal regardless of the genre, Japanese, Western or Chinese👍.

This sake is a part of the special line called EXTRA CLASS of Kanbai Shuzo. The name is taken from the meaning of "eight umami" which is brewed by three kinds of rice grown in own fields. I don't know if it has eight umami, but it has a good balance of sweetness, sourness, spiciness, umami and sharpness. We had it with eel, and it gently washed away the fat of the eel, making it the perfect sake for a meal.
