ひでたか
This sake is brewed with the first sake brewing rice "Takehomefuji" in Shizuoka Prefecture and soft water from Oigawa River.
It has a refreshing taste, with a moderate aroma and flavor, and a crisp finish.
With time, you can feel the bittersweetness and drink as many glasses as you like with a meal.
A very complete sake and one of my favorites I've had recently😊.
