I bought a bottle of Morishima a year ago. I missed the opportunity to open it, but it had taken up too much space in the vegetable room of the refrigerator, so I took the plunge and opened the bottle❗️.
This is the first time I've ever had a bottle of this beer. I'm not sure if it's because of the fire?
I like the fullness of the flavor and the bitterness, and I feel like I can drink it slowly. So far, I haven't gotten tired of it. It doesn't have an easy to understand special feeling, but it's well put together.
