No label on the back side. This is a Tochigi's Asahi Koh that I've been interested in recently. I saw it in the fridge of a local sake shop and tried my hand at it. It is a concept series of sake that tastes good when heated. I didn't know about this concept and drank it cold at first, but after pouring it and letting it sit for a bit at room temperature, I got a caramel or bitter chocolate flavor (but it's only sake) and a full body. It has no unpleasant peculiarities and can be drunk slowly without tiring. I don't think I'd like to drink it warm this time of year, but next time I'll take the time to warm it up and find the perfect temperature range. I compared it to Shintsuchida, which was sold by weight at the Mimasu Sake Shop, and found that Tamaka was relatively straightforward and deep.
