KotyamanThis time it's a sake from a third brewing, wooden vat, Yamadanishiki 2022❗. My impression is that it's not so different from the second brew, but this one is even better ‼️ lol Is it the unique flavor of the wooden vat brewing? It has a more complex taste, and I couldn't help but say, "Ah! Yum! I shouted at home: 💣️ lol The raw sake was drier and more like a pre-dinner drink than a mid-dinner drink. The Kiokke has more sweetness, so I think it's more like I thought it was more like before meal -> after meal 😁✨. I thought 😁✨
