Hitogokochi, my favorite junmai ginjo from Shinshu Kamerei: ☺️❗
Last year I could drink only the hi-ire sake, so this year was my first time to try the unfiltered raw 🤩!
It's fresh and juicy like a fresh sake, with a bit of bitterness and alciness at the end!
I'm sure every Kamerei is delicious!
But I personally prefer the hi-ire version 😅💦.
As the name implies, it is a bit more tomboyish than the hi-ire version, which is a bit more gentle and sharp ⚡⚡⚡ lol.
It might be interesting to let it settle down a bit 🤔
