Kotyaman
A blend of three sake breweries from La Jomon, which is now being heavily promoted 🍶.
It has a somewhat matured flavor and the blended sake has a complex taste 🤔💡.
I drank it cold at first, but when I heated it up, the original flavor of the sake came out and it tasted more coherent ❗.
I'd rather pair this with simmered dishes or fish than on its own with a darker flavor: ☺️
