As usual, the quality of the sake is unique! From the pear-like aroma, it is sweet and sour and easy to drink 😋.
It is delicious as an aperitif on its own, and like a white wine, goes well with fish, grilled dishes, and fried food ❗
I like Sanchi even more than last year, not only in taste, but also in the way of thinking about the future! This year, I will follow it to the end ❗❗
