KotyamanIt's been a long time since I've updated my sakéwa 🙇💦.
No.6 for the first time in my life is an X-type direct path🔥🔥 at home.
I was surprised and impressed by the refined quality of the sake, as I usually drink Shinsei, mostly Colors ✨.
Same refinement of sake quality as the last Kudoki-Ute no Hite I had, but a completely different taste!
If the Forbidden Hand was the ultimate in umami, the No. 6DP was like drinking clean water, and the sharpness of the acidity was wonderful.
