A new series from Kangiku, whose purpose seems to be to explore the charms of Chiba-grown rice!
There were four different varieties of rice, this time Koshihikari with a milling ratio of 90%!
Although there was a slight bitterness, the flavor of the rice spread out, and the charm of Koshihikari seemed to be alive!
I bought another kind, so I'll get to that later!
