I was about to pick up a bottle of Shihuyu when my wife said, "Hey, this Yamamoto was here last year, but we didn't end up drinking it..." She pointed to two types of unlabeled Yamamoto, one with No. 6 yeast and the other with No. 7 yeast.

I asked the owner about the difference between No. 6 and No. 7, and chose this No. 7.

That's right. I am always indecisive, so when it comes to sake selection, I often leave it to my wife's intuition and information.
This Yamamoto was very much to my liking, with a distinctly gorgeous flavor, including the aroma. I would like to try No. 6 yeast next.
