I had actually planned to buy a local sake from Fukushima Prefecture, but at first glance, I decided I wanted to compare this one with Kameizumi, which I had bought the day before.
It is refreshing with a gaseous and sour taste, and has a sharp, clean finish.
It has a unique flavor with a strong alcohol content that is clearly noticeable ( ˊ̱˂˃˃˃).
