Souvenir from my brother who came to Akita prefecture to play with a camper ( ^ω^ )
He bought it because he liked the naming of it.
As you could imagine from the brand name and the label, the aroma is distinctive.
From the aroma alone, I could tell that it was dry and had a high sake content.
The taste is dry and very sharp.
Akita Prefecture has a lot of really good sake!
