It's good with dry food, simmered dishes, gesoten (fish cake), and dry food. Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station, it was quite crowded today. I went to Morioka on a business trip. I went to Max Value for Tsumami, and managed to get it even after 10pm. I am now on my way to Morioka.

I think it's good with something like barbecued chicken, chilled and served with a light snack where there is no sweetness or clamminess.

4.5/5.0 Purchased at Tokyo Station, Hasegawa Sake Shop. Thank you for your always delicious sake. Dry junmai sake? Slightly sweet aroma when opened. Expectations were high. It is light and has a sweet 💓 flavor! It's a good feeling. Today I was in Morioka on a business trip, but even sake from Kochi goes well with dried ascidians and Nanbu sembei 🙆🙆.

Cold Sake 4.0/5.0  A sip, very calm and serene, not much character but drinkable. I went with yakiniku. Chicken wings with salt and pepper. It's quite good. Warmed 4.2/5.0  More flavorful and rich than the cold sake. Also delicious. I prefer it warmed up.
