4.7/5.0 Get it at a distributor on a business trip to Nagoya! Cold sake at about 10 degrees Celsius. Opened today. Refreshing flavor. A sip and it is thick and rich with acidity and umami. It is my favorite cold sake. The overall aroma is mellow. I would like to drink something with more stars.

4.4/5.0 Cold sake, about 10 degrees Celsius, I think. Odorless when opened. You can tell right away that you like it when you take a sip. It has a light acidity, sweetness and umami, and a deep flavor. Today, I had pork shabu shabu. It went well with the thick dipping sauce👍👍.

It has been a high score for a long time. It has been three weeks since it was opened. The corners are removed, and the aroma and richness make it a different kind of sake.
