4.4/5.0 Cold sake, about 10 degrees Celsius, I think. Odorless when opened. You can tell right away that you like it when you take a sip. It has a light acidity, sweetness and umami, and a deep flavor. Today, I had pork shabu shabu. It went well with the thick dipping sauce👍👍.
