4.4/5.0 Second Morioka business trip. This is also from Hasegawa Sake Shop. I like this one a lot after drinking it. It has the best balance of umami and sweetness. It gently asserts itself in the mouth, asking you to taste it. And then, it disappears. The temperature was just right, or you can use tsumami persimmon peas. Can it be served with anything as a simple after-party snack? Good sake.

It's good with dry food, simmered dishes, gesoten (fish cake), and dry food. Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station, it was quite crowded today. I went to Morioka on a business trip. I went to Max Value for Tsumami, and managed to get it even after 10pm. I am now on my way to Morioka.

I think it's good with something like barbecued chicken, chilled and served with a light snack where there is no sweetness or clamminess.

It is light and has a sweet 💓 flavor! It's a good feeling. Today I was in Morioka on a business trip, but even sake from Kochi goes well with dried ascidians and Nanbu sembei 🙆🙆.
