Cold Sake 4.0/5.0  A sip, very calm and serene, not much character but drinkable. I went with yakiniku. Chicken wings with salt and pepper. It's quite good. Warmed 4.2/5.0  More flavorful and rich than the cold sake. Also delicious. I prefer it warmed up.

4.5/5.0 Kigawaya hanpukai. Thank you for everything. The first sip has a great aroma, taste, sharpness, and balance. The sweetness stands out, but it is delicious. Today I had sashimi and hot tofu, thanks to my wife. All are delicious.

4.3/5.0 Cold. Sweet aroma when opened. As I took a sip, I thought it was sweet and refreshing, but as I drank it, it became richer and darker as the temperature rose. It is close to my taste, but it is a harsh evaluation. I served it with sashimi and garland chrysanthemum with sesame paste. It is delicious.

4.3/5.0 This is the second bottle of Risshun morning pressing, Rising Sun. Refreshing sweetness when opened. One sip and it is light overall, but has a good balance of sour and sweet tastes. The rest may be a matter of taste. Personally, I think the Chiyozu Toraya morning pressing from 2 years ago or the Gobashi from 3 years ago is better. Gobashi from two years ago was delicious.
