Opened today.
The schwarziness, sweetness, and throat clearing are great and gorgeous. It is a sake with a good balance of sweetness and flavor.
It is a delicious sake [Nozomu].
4.5/5.0 New Year's Eve....
Thank you for your hard work this year.
I had it cold. Slightly sweet and refreshing.
I am looking forward to warming it up.

Open the package, sweet aroma.
When you take a sip, you can feel the schwarziness. The balance of sweetness, sourness and flavor is perfect.
As always, the best cospa ✨.
Tatenogawa does not betray.

Barrel sake! What is it? It's like the infancy with which the sake was born, the youthfulness of the barrel. I can't get enough of the barrel aroma, whether it is cedar or not. Cold sake at 10℃ is a good balance. With asazuke (lightly pickled vegetables) and crispy tsumami.

It comes in easily, but it has a lot of flavor. It is very deep.
It goes well with shabu-shabu, especially with ponzu (Japanese citrus juice) flavor. Good sake and good snacks. It is the best.

Light taste. Low sweetness, and it feels like it can be drunk refreshingly. From this impression, I think it would go well with asari pickles, grilled horse mackerel, and so on!

At about 12°C, it has a barrel aroma. It has a rich and deep flavor, but it is easy to drink. 8℃ cold sake may be just right, but it tastes different every year. Is it the temperature or the sake? I wonder.
Today we had stuffed green bell pepper and celery salad.

8°C cold, crisp and refreshing. As the temperature rises, the richness increases. Today we had a glass with onisura and grilled chicken thighs with herb 🌿. A delicious evening drink.

The sweetness comes on quickly. It is easy to drink, but a little persistent. Today, the temperature is about 10℃, but it would be better to cool it down more.
Goes well with avocado and tuna carpaccio ❗

Sweet and hard, this is the image of this kind of sake.
It is a food sake, and matches with crispy stewed chicken with marmalade. It is a delicious sake.

Second Morioka business trip. This is also from Hasegawa Sake Shop.
I like this one a lot after drinking it.
It has the best balance of umami and sweetness. It gently asserts itself in the mouth, asking you to taste it. And then, it disappears. The temperature was just right, or you can use tsumami persimmon peas. Can it be served with anything as a simple after-party snack?
Good sake.

Full-bodied and sharp 🐜.
It has a refreshing taste, but it goes well with food! It's good with simmered dishes, tempura, and dried food.
It's good with dry food, simmered dishes, gesoten (fish cake), and dry food.
Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station, it was quite crowded today. I went to Morioka on a business trip. I went to Max Value for Tsumami, and managed to get it even after 10pm. I am now on my way to Morioka.

This sake has a strong crisp, refreshing taste, but it is easy to drink and has a rich flavor, making it a delicious sake.
It goes well with omizuke, a souvenir from Yamagata. Purchased at the Kanamori Sake Shop at the west exit of Yamagata Station.

Thank you very much for the hanpukai.
It is a sweet sake with a hardness. It has a sharp taste.
It was a good match for light-flavored sashimi, chicken grunt, squid, etc.
They say sake is good as a food sake, but my sake is always a food sake 👍😋.

First sake after the Corona, first time in 9 days.
I think it has a strong salty taste.
Sweetness, umami, well balanced.
Today I had it with chicken and 🥒 salad.
I think it's good with something like barbecued chicken, chilled and served with a light snack where there is no sweetness or clamminess.

Purchased at Tokyo Station, Hasegawa Sake Shop. Thank you for your always delicious sake.
Dry junmai sake? Slightly sweet aroma when opened. Expectations were high.
It is light and has a sweet 💓 flavor! It's a good feeling. Today I was in Morioka on a business trip, but even sake from Kochi goes well with dried ascidians and Nanbu sembei 🙆🙆.

Light and refreshing, goes in easily. In a way it is a bad drink 🍶, be careful not to drink too much. I recommend it to everyone.
As it is a summer sake, it is just right for refreshing snacks, carpaccio type dishes, and cold tofu.

A sip, sweetness, umami, and then a refreshing sensation, moderately good.
The snacks are seared chicken, mitsuba leaves and 🥒 summer salad.
The light and simple style is good.

Hard-edged aroma, but the mouthfeel is sweet and rich, and it goes well with strong knobs. Today it was spare ribs, but it goes great with pork bras. I guess it is a very energetic sake.
