4.5/5.0 I have been enjoying the Risshun morning pressing every year. This time it arrived today due to snow. It is fresh and tasty as always. It is gorgeous and refreshing. Today I had it with yudofu, kotechan, and grilled cartilage bones.

4.3/5.0 Kagawa Prefecture entry! Kawatsuru! I had it cold. Mild, mellow and easy to drink. It has a good balance with okonomi-yaki, a light or dark Tsumami. It is delicious! I was surprised at the taste.

4.4/5.0 Barrel sake! What is it? It's like the infancy with which the sake was born, the youthfulness of the barrel. I can't get enough of the barrel aroma, whether it is cedar or not. Cold sake at 10℃ is a good balance. With asazuke (lightly pickled vegetables) and crispy tsumami.

4.4/5.0 Second Morioka business trip. This is also from Hasegawa Sake Shop. I like this one a lot after drinking it. It has the best balance of umami and sweetness. It gently asserts itself in the mouth, asking you to taste it. And then, it disappears. The temperature was just right, or you can use tsumami persimmon peas. Can it be served with anything as a simple after-party snack? Good sake.

4.3/5.0 Full-bodied and sharp 🐜. It has a refreshing taste, but it goes well with food! It's good with simmered dishes, tempura, and dried food. It's good with dry food, simmered dishes, gesoten (fish cake), and dry food. Purchased at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station, it was quite crowded today. I went to Morioka on a business trip. I went to Max Value for Tsumami, and managed to get it even after 10pm. I am now on my way to Morioka.

4.2/5.0 First sake after the Corona, first time in 9 days. I think it has a strong salty taste. Sweetness, umami, well balanced. Today I had it with chicken and 🥒 salad. I think it's good with something like barbecued chicken, chilled and served with a light snack where there is no sweetness or clamminess.
