Full flavored and easy to drink.
I tasted it cold. It has a strong flavor, so it goes well with stewed fish.
I would like to drink it as an everyday drink.

Almost no aroma when opened. Mild aroma in the mouth. It's the opening of the aroma that spreads the gorgeousness in the middle of the throat. Quite ideal shape. Excellent taste. Today we had fried chicken, horse sashimi, and salad. It goes well with protein assortment.

The bottle was opened! The taste is full and refreshing, but there is some bitterness. It is a good taste, but it has a bitterness. Today I had it with shabu-shabu and ponzu sauce 🥩🍚.

Mild in the mouth, but highly balanced in acidity, umami and sweetness. Excellent.
It goes well with light-flavored tsumami. Good with sashimi and edamame.

I had it with cold sake.
It is safe. Neither sweet nor spicy. It was not good with pork kimchi, but it goes well with light flavors. It is good with kinpira or chilled tofu.

Arrived today. I'll just say that I opened the bottle.
It is sweet and rich, yet refreshing. Today I had pork shabu-shabu and potherb mustard nabe (hot pot with potherb mustard), and the sweetness is just right when it is very cold.
Thank you, Kigawaya, for the delicious sake 🍶.

Sake that I want to drink everyday in a good way 🍶.
It has a high level of sweetness, umami, acidity, and richness. Today we had grilled meat. It is good with grilled tongue and halami.
I think it is a good sake for a mealtime drink.

Thank you for the delicious sake in your hanpukai.
Sweet, mellow, but disappears easily. It is a delicious sake! I'll be back soon 😀😀😀
Today's snacks are yudofu, tuna sashimi, onion tomato salad, and avocado. Thanks to my wife for making these delicious snacks.
She won't go out with me for sake, though.

We had this with oden🍢.
Just right. It is also good with oden soup. I don't know if the oden broth is better or the sake is better, but at any rate, it has a good balance of umami, acidity, sweetness, and brain.
Thank you Kigawaya for the delicious sake 🍶.

I have been enjoying the Risshun morning pressing every year.
This time it arrived today due to snow.
It is fresh and tasty as always. It is gorgeous and refreshing.
Today I had it with yudofu, kotechan, and grilled cartilage bones.

Kagawa Prefecture entry!
Kawatsuru! I had it cold. Mild, mellow and easy to drink. It has a good balance with okonomi-yaki, a light or dark Tsumami.
It is delicious! I was surprised at the taste.
The mouthfeel is rough, mellow, and juicy, with a moderate sweetness. It goes well with omizuke, a Yamagata specialty.
It is delicious when cooled down.

It has a sense of schwarziness. Good balance of sweetness, umami and sourness.
Today, it is served with yudofu, sashimi, and sukonoko, thanks to its good taste. It goes well with light flavors. I would like to try various Gunma sake.

It is a delicious sake [Nozomu].

Open the package, sweet aroma.
When you take a sip, you can feel the schwarziness. The balance of sweetness, sourness and flavor is perfect.
As always, the best cospa ✨.
Tatenogawa does not betray.

Barrel sake! What is it? It's like the infancy with which the sake was born, the youthfulness of the barrel. I can't get enough of the barrel aroma, whether it is cedar or not. Cold sake at 10℃ is a good balance. With asazuke (lightly pickled vegetables) and crispy tsumami.

It comes in easily, but it has a lot of flavor. It is very deep.
It goes well with shabu-shabu, especially with ponzu (Japanese citrus juice) flavor. Good sake and good snacks. It is the best.

Light taste. Low sweetness, and it feels like it can be drunk refreshingly. From this impression, I think it would go well with asari pickles, grilled horse mackerel, and so on!
