Dry junmai sake? Slightly sweet aroma when opened. Expectations were high.
It is light and has a sweet 💓 flavor! It's a good feeling. Today I was in Morioka on a business trip, but even sake from Kochi goes well with dried ascidians and Nanbu sembei 🙆🙆.
