Since I am a sake 🔰 drinker, I haven't tasted the Jyushidai yet, so here it is.

First Collage
Visit the sake shop and select a Junmai Ginjo from several Collage varieties.
It's a very nice wine.
The aroma is fruity and it spreads on the palate.
After that, it has a strong sake flavor.

One Sake Found at a Sake Shop
Minty characters were conspicuously absent from the sake lineup.
Since I am a chocolate mint drinker, I was curious to get it!
The base of the flavor is firmly sake🍶.
I had an image of a mojito-like drink, so I was betrayed in a good way.
It was precipitated, so I shook it a bit, and when I opened the bottle, the schwash overflowed and I panicked.
I want to enjoy a variety of craft sake as well. ❤️

I applied for the lottery and ended up receiving three bottles of the bomb 🎯.

I opened the bottle today because I had to take a day off from drinking on yesterday's Mid-Autumn Meigetsu, the day of Hibito's birth.

It was so good that I bought it on impulse at Fushimizu Sake Brewery Hall and had it delivered by cool delivery service.

I stopped by on my way back from "Fushimizu Sake Brewery Alley" on my trip to Kyoto and had a taste of Tsuki no Hashira 80🌕, one of the original "Toki-to" sake from "Fushimizu Sake Brewery Hall".
The taste of sake goes from refreshing to robust when you put it in your mouth🍶.
