学生時代のジャン負けで、酔っ払って楽しんだ挙句、リバースな日本酒から、隔てること３０年 今春から、全く違う日本酒に出会い沼にどっぷりとハマりました 先立つモノもあり、近所（車で１時間圏内）の酒屋に足を伸ばし、ステキなお酒🥃との出会いを求め日々の愉しみにしています 四合瓶を買い冷蔵庫を逼迫しています 残念ながら表現力と繊細な舌を持ち合わせていないので、素敵なコメントは残すことができません😢

The last of the "Akita next5 gacha". Of course, the first "Yuki no Bijin"! It was hard to seal the bottle with a "Caution! It is an active and energetic sake that does not break under the name of "active", so I repeatedly opened and closed the bottle. After about 10 minutes of struggle, we finally had a taste of it! I started drinking it in a boar cup, but it was "something different". It's delicious" by changing to a glass! In the cold winter, I was happy to drink it in a heated room 😀.

First time at Toyo Bijin I met this sake in the store. This is also delicious! I can't put it into words, but it is delicious! I'm not sure if I should learn more about it and be able to verbalize it, or if it's better to just describe it as "delicious"! Either way, I'm not out of the swamp yet!

Today's favorite "OCEAN99" Nagi! It's still delicious 😋! The first cup was only "Uwazumi". The second one was boiled slowly and served with Usunigori. Both are delicious! The "pshu" at the time of opening the bottle is refreshing!

Akita next5 grab bag (?) One of the First bottle of Isshuikusuisei with "Space Brothers SHUWAN"! I still can't tell the difference in taste from the Yamadanishiki, but it was a delicious sake 🍶. I wonder if I will be able to tell the difference between the rice and the sake if I keep drinking it.

The first sake of 2025 🍶. I was able to purchase a bottle in early winter last year and put it aside for New Year's 🎍. But at the end of the year, I got a new bottle of Yonotori from the Akita NEXT5 Fukubukuro (?) at a visit to a liquor store. I got a new bottle of Yonotori from the Akita NEXT5 lucky bag (?) at the end of the year and now I have 2 bottles in stock 😍. Of course, this was my first time drinking Yonotori, but it's really delicious 😋 I want to drink as much as I can! I'm sure there are many more popular sake that I haven't tried yet, but I hope I will be able to find them this year.

Junmai Ginjyo Manzai Gojugo Shiboritate Nama-nama Sake The first sake of the year 2025 The first bottle of the Chinese Zodiac 🐍 that I saw last year was the Ni-Hare. Finally a lull in the flow after the corona infection at the end of the year! I don't know what the regular Ni-Rabbit tastes like, but it was very tasty and to my liking! And of course, the label is also very nice 🐍🐇.

The first time I got gutted with "UTAGE", I had one drink 🍶. I want to drink "Kaze no Mori" which I often hear about, but I can't find it at all in liquor stores around here 😢. It was launched on UTAGE, so I just clicked on it without thinking 😝. Gottem with sake cups as well: ☕️ I was told that this is the first sake brewed at the new brewery, but since it's my first "Kaze no Mori", I can't compare the two. It was very interesting 🤣 and delicious! I can't describe it with my vocabulary as usual, but it was a delightful taste. ❤️ I would like to try the regular ❓Wind Forest!
