学生時代のジャン負けで、酔っ払って楽しんだ挙句、リバースな日本酒から、隔てること３０年 今春から、全く違う日本酒に出会い沼にどっぷりとハマりました 先立つモノもあり、近所（車で１時間圏内）の酒屋に足を伸ばし、ステキなお酒🥃との出会いを求め日々の愉しみにしています 四合瓶を買い冷蔵庫を逼迫しています 残念ながら表現力と繊細な舌を持ち合わせていないので、素敵なコメントは残すことができません😢

The first time I got gutted with "UTAGE", I had one drink 🍶. I want to drink "Kaze no Mori" which I often hear about, but I can't find it at all in liquor stores around here 😢. It was launched on UTAGE, so I just clicked on it without thinking 😝. Gottem with sake cups as well: ☕️ I was told that this is the first sake brewed at the new brewery, but since it's my first "Kaze no Mori", I can't compare the two. It was very interesting 🤣 and delicious! I can't describe it with my vocabulary as usual, but it was a delightful taste. ❤️ I would like to try the regular ❓Wind Forest!

First mandarin orange I didn't know which one to buy, so I got this label that was cute! Aizan" and "Kame-no-o" are both from Aikame🐢❤️ It tastes like it would go well with a variety of meals! I'm going to enjoy it while eating slowly!

Local Sake 🍶 It's been a while since I've had sake from Northwest. It's hard to find local sakes because there are so many I want to drink, but it's still delicious 🤤. Fresh, fresh, and refreshing! The label was white, so I assumed it was a cloudy sake, and tried to mix it with the second glass, but it wasn't cloudy ☀️, but it was still delicious 😝.

One I've always wanted to try. Very interesting🤣and I like ❤️ I thought it tasted like sake! But I like it! Recommended to drink on the rocks but today I drank it cold. Next time I'll try it on the rocks!

This morning, on my day off, I saw the Insta-announcement and jumped over to Nanyo Brewery to buy some Gotthem! The last time I tried, I didn't even have to pull over to find out that there was a huge line and they were sold out, so I had given up on buying directly from them. Arriving a little after 9:00 a.m., the line was small, I was able to park, and I got it without incident. I opened the bottle and was surprised to find a fruity taste! It was a very special sake with a lot of feelings. We compared it with the Echigo Gohyakumangoku ogara-mi we bought last time. The perfect evening drinking time. ☺️

First Nabeshima encountered at a liquor store I visited for the first time. Of course it was my first Nabeshima! There were several kinds of sake, and I chose the special junmai sake. Good aroma, good texture, good throatfeel, and good aftertaste! This is Nabeshima! I'm going to enjoy it slowly!

I finally got to taste it: ☺️ I've been hooked on sake since spring, and I'd heard rumors about Yukidal-san: ⛄️ I finally had a chance to drink it. The bijou looks like a snow globe! I wanted to mix it, but it kept blowing out, so I quietly opened the bottle. It didn't blow out and I drank from the top clear and ended up with a beautiful nigorizake that looked like snow: ❄️ I couldn't taste it well because I opened the bottle after getting drunk 😢. But it was delicious from start to finish and I drank it all at once. I want to buy another bottle again!

I found "Kido" at the supermarket where I went to buy food for the garden potato stew party. I had heard about it but had never seen it 🍶. It was delicious and full of flavor 🤤. The sweet potato stew was also delicious!

Delicious! I heard they changed the name from "Brewing Forest". I think the taste is totally different. Maybe it's because I don't have absolute taste buds, but I much prefer this "Yuki no Mayu"! The label is cute too!

I was lucky enough to purchase a point of sale at an Okini liquor store at the right time! Nice aroma💓 nice texture💓 Finally, a solid taste of Sake 🍶! It's getting colder, but I'll enjoy it cold. This year, I will visit the sake shop frequently and seek numerous wonderful encounters! I want to go to Nanyo Brewery's direct sales since it's in Saitama, my home town, but I don't think I can afford it.

Delicious, too delicious! Low alcohol content and easy to drink! One of the trophies from my summer trip to Fushimi, Kyoto. This is what sake should taste like! After some time, it is a little light, but it tastes like No.6 ❓ Too easy to drink and will disappear soon! I dare to enjoy it slowly!
