~La fusion~.
Looking for Saitama's sake (**)
It goes well with arabashiri, a brand of blame, and homemade light oden.
But also goes well with spicy sweets ♡.
I don't know if this is the first time I've seen Nabeshima-san or not, I've seen him in so many places that I can't remember.
It has a fresh aroma with a pleasant sweet and sour taste.
The aftertaste is dry, which I like.
Sake rice called Hitogokochi.
Nice aroma ~ sweet ❤︎︎!
I'm glad I took the plunge and bought a bottle.
Kame no Umi is a three rice varieties, but I love all of them!
First bottle of the year, first time to Mt. Tenran ( ´ ´ ´ `) for the first time.
Limited brew with Maruya, with hot pot because it was cold.
It's so good, I'll have another one if I can get to the neighborhood again!
I also bought a tiny one because it's so cute!
The last sake of the year (o^^o)
Vigorous nigori sake!
I thought it would be sweet with sourness, but it was so sweet and refreshing that it went great with tempura and New Year's Eve soba noodles!
Have a Happy New Year!
